Consumer interest audit of an Ofcom policy area (07) Ofcom Consumer Panel Using the Communication Consumer Panel's 'Consumer Interest Toolkit' to evaluate whether Ofcom took the consumer interest into account in the development of its work. This work involved close assessment of internal and external Ofcom documents, interviewing Ofcom staff and stakeholders, drafting reports, and designing post-audit workshops.
